      Instructions

      • Dilute the product 1:2 to 1:25, depending on the contamination. 1:2 for ovens, grills, deep fryers and extractor hoods. 1:3 for meat blocks, conveyor belts and cookers, 1:4 for filters and smoke outlets, 1:5 for meat machines, meat hooks and tools, 1:8 for fenders, chrome and stainless steel, 1:12 for floors, walls, tables and cold rooms.
      • Apply by means of a mop, brush or pressure sprayer.
      • Leave on for a few minutes, but do not let it dry.
      • Rinse the surface with water.
      • Repeat the application if necessary.

      Comments

      • Hard (calcium-rich) water is no problem.
      • When applying to light metals (including magnesium and aluminium), test first and dilute at least 1:20.
      • Applicable within any HACCP management system.
